When you visit our website, data of a general nature is automatically recorded. This data (server log files) includes the browser type, the operating system used, the domain name of your internet provider, your IP address and similar data.
This is processed in particular for the following purposes:

The legal basis for the data processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes for collecting data mentioned above.
3. Contact form
When you send us a request via the contact form, your data from the form (name, email address, telephone number, message) is stored with us for the processing of your request. The processing takes place on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your request).

4. Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
We use the Cloudflare Turnstile service from Cloudflare Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, to protect our contact form against automated requests (spam). Turnstile checks in the background whether an input comes from a human, without placing cookies or permanently storing personal data.
During the check, technical data (e.g. IP address, browser information) is transmitted to Cloudflare and processed there. Cloudflare processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protecting our website against misuse by automated systems).
5. Web analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. The analysis is based on anonymous, aggregated data. The instance is self-hosted at https://plausible.vakwerksysteem.nl.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behaviour for optimisation purposes).
6. Cookies and local storage
Our website does not place tracking cookies or advertising cookies. To store your cookie preferences we use the local storage (localStorage) of your browser. In doing so, the key “cookie-consent” is set, which contains your settings (accepted/rejected per category) and the time of your decision. This data does not leave your browser and is not transmitted to us. You can change your settings at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of the website.
7. Your rights
Under the applicable legal provisions you have the right at any time to:
- Access to the personal data we have stored about you (Article 15 GDPR)
- Rectification of incorrect personal data (Article 16 GDPR)

- Restriction of data processing (Article 18 GDPR)
- Data portability (Article 20 GDPR)
- Objection to the processing (Article 21 GDPR)
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In the Netherlands this is the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
